Habits and Addictions can make you feel helpless as you try and force the mind into compliance with your wishes, which does not always work.

Hypnotherapy speaks to the unconscious, not the conscious mind.

Throughout our life, we learn a lot of what are termed 'scripts' or 'programs' - instructions for our thinking and behaviour that get embedded and drive us without us even realising.  The TRIGGER – PROGRAM – REWARD cycle is what feeds these habits, and you may not even be aware of what the Trigger, program script or reward is. It just is.

Speaking with the unconscious mind, means you are working with a part of you that is driving the issue.  Hypnotherapy allows us to break down these steps and work to alleviate them, and what is great is, you don't need to understand or recognise them. We simply speak to the unconscious and guide it to a different behaviour and create change.

Fears and Phobias

Hypnotherapy can help you overcome fears and phobias, with new opportunities to change your thinking and behaviour whenever your phobia would normally be triggered.

Your conscious mind may have recognized times when your phobia is irrational, but you can’t change the fear you feel. This is because of an underlying belief developed earlier in life, deep in your unconscious.
