Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a calming, relaxing talk-based therapy that takes you to a quiet place in your mind. During the sessions, we address the problem you have identified and use techniques to reset these patterns to a preferred alternative. Sessions are typically around an hour in duration, and sometimes a course of treatments are advised.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT)

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a powerful yet gentle therapeutic approach that works at a deeper level than traditional talking therapies. Rather than repeatedly reliving past experiences, IEMT focuses on how memories, emotions and beliefs are stored within the mind and body. By using guided eye movements, we are able to access and reprocess emotional imprints that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, trauma responses or limiting beliefs today.

Mind Coaching

Mind Coaching is an approach which uses a blend of models and techniques, in order to encourage and motivate changes of thinking and behaviour. During the sessions, we address the problem you have identified and work to reset these patterns to a preferred alternative. Sessions are typically around an hour in duration, and sometimes a course of coaching is suggested.
