Upon Booking your Hypnosis & Mind Coaching Sessions, please note all Terms & Conditions must be adhered too.
Hypnotherapy and other forms of mind therapy are not recommended for anybody experiencing certain mental disorders or psychiatric conditions. Therefore, Mind Therapies with Sally has the right to refuse therapy if we feel it will be detrimental to your overall wellbeing. In rare situations like these, we will recommend the prospective clients to seek advice from their GP or Medical Consultant.
Full payment is to be taken prior to therapy commencing we accept BACS Payment only.
We can accept cancellation with to 48 hours’ notice. Outside of these time remits, no refund will be issued.

PROGRAMS

Where participating in any Program, full payment must be received in advance for the complete Program, should you wish to end therapy before the Program has finalised, no refund will be given.

YOUR APPOINTMENTS

Via Zoom Conferencing.
All bookings are to be made through the booking area of this site. There is then a one-hour consultation to discuss treatment before booking a full session or package. All details for the Zoom meeting will be provided in the confirmation e mail, please ensure you have downloaded the free Zoom application beforehand. If you require instructions on how to download or use Zoom please let me know before you book.
There will be a health and safety briefing for sessions before they begin however please ensure you have an excellent internet connection as much as you can.

FACE TO FACE

When visiting at the agreed meeting place, please arrive on time for your treatment. Arriving early may disturb the client before you, also please check parking prior to travelling to the appointment to avoid delay.
We confirm that all aspects of your appointment, making the booking, during the session and any follow up communication is done in the strictest of confidence.

WORKING ONLINE

If working over Zoom or any other video platform, it is advisable another person is on site with you, and aware that you may be hypnotised. You must provide an alternative telephone number than the one you gave on booking. Please ensure you are seated in a comfortable place where you are completely supported for the duration of the session.

TIMINGS

All Client Sessions are 60 minutes. If you are late, the time will be deducted from your therapy session.

CANCELLATIONS

On the rare occasion, we may have to cancel and full notice will be given.
At each appointment, ensure your mobile phone device is on Airplane Mode so we are not disturbed.

AFTER CARE

We will contact you via a communication channel of your choosing after each session to supply the pre agreed support if necessary.

We hold no guarantee that our Hypnosis & Mind Coaching sessions will be 100% successful, much the same as orthodox medicine and NHS preferred therapy.

Results will be determined on the amount of willingness and commitment from the Client.
