We’re often told that if we need to see a change, we need to do it differently. However it’s not as easy as just saying it. Actually doing it – making those changes – is much harder.
How often do you have an idea, something that will lead to a better you? Should you work with an expert to help support these changes, or try to make these changes alone? In this post, I discuss my experience of both.
