Reverse the fear felt with anxiety

During the treatment for anxiety, working with you personally we will identify the anxiety provoking situations and break them down in order to identify specific provoking stimuli. During the session, we will tap into the mind to construct thoughts and reframe them in order to help you cope whenever encountering an anxiety provoking situation. Negative thoughts are quietened, positive thinking becomes easier. You feel more optimistic too, often after the first session.
