How to feel more confident

The truth is confidence comes from within. If you don’t feel confident, you won’t be confident – it’s that simple. A sense of confidence can be gained from experiencing achievement, not from praise. Being confident means you can feel the fear… and do it anyway. 

But I soon realized that confidence isn’t bought, it’s grown. As I observed confident people, I realised that it wasn’t buying the same things that they did that would make me feel more confident – it was thinking the same way as them. It’s your actions which influence your outcome – so you can feel more confident with different actions, to get different results.

Confidence is key

The key wasn’t having fancy clothes, a string of qualifications, or a buzzing social life. You could have all three and yet inside, still there’s doubts and insecurities that are holding you back. No one hears these thoughts of course. So what can you do if you still don’t feel that confidence, despite all of your apparent success? 

Now that I know confidence is grown, I have developed change therapies which help others to feel more confident. My clients learn how to do that from the inside, by training their unconscious minds. That’s how you get that feeling of confidence, it’s not only a confident display for others – you believe you’re confident too!
